Are there city taxes to be paid on the spot?
No. Our tariffs always include all taxes, vat and breakfast.
Is my credit card charged at time of booking?
No. Any charge is made until check-out: the credit card is as guarantee. Only the non-refundable rate, as explained during the booking, is immediately charged.
Are there additional costs if I use your booking system?
No. The price you see is the effective cost and is not subject to increases.
Do you have a shuttle service?
Yes, to Ciampino airport. The departure transfer from the Hotel to the airport is included in the price and is available at 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. for all our clients leaving. It is necessary to book it the day before the departure.
Is use of gym free?
Yes. All our guests can use it from 8:00 a.m. to 22:00 p.m.
What is the address I can set in the GPS?

Are pets allowed?
No, sorry.
Are there pubs, clubs near the Hotel, that can be reached by foot?
No. If you have the car you can find pubs, cinemas and clubs in the quaint neighboring towns of the Castelli Romani; or you can enjoy the wonders of the capital and of all its entertainment possibilities reaching Rome in less than an hour.
What are the bus schedules to and from the Metro station?
Cotral blue bus stops 50 m from the Hotel and has a frequency of one bus per hour, from 7:00 a.m. to 23:00 p.m. In 20 minutes you reach the underground Anagnina, which leads directly to the heart of Rome in 20 minutes.
At what time is breakfast?
Our breakfast room is opened from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and offers a full American Buffet.
At what time I can check-in/check-out?
You can check-in starting from 14:00 p.m. and check-out is possible until 11:00 a.m.
Is it possible an early check-in / late check-out?
Requests for before or after the scheduled hours of check-in / check-out are accepted depending on availability. If the Hotel is full, we are unable to fulfill your request. However, it is possible to leave the luggages at our deposit for free. In the case of late check-outs, a surcharge of 15,00 € each hour more is applied. Anyway our Reception is always at your disposal 24/7.
Is it possible to rent a car?
Yes. At the nearby airport of Ciampino, just 5km away.
Do the rooms have moquette?
No. Some of them have parquet and part tatami floor.
Is it possible to have the Internet access even if I do not want to bring my laptop?
Yes. We have an Internet Point free for the first 15 minutes of connection, then the rate applied is 12,00 € per hour. With your pc, the Wi-Fi connection is free 24 hours indeed.
How much does a taxi cost to reach the Hotel?
From Ciampino airport or railway station the current rate starts from 25,00 €. During the night time the price can redouble.
Is there possibility to park the car?
Yes, on a free basis at our private parking (only during the period of your stay).
Is there a restaurant in the Hotel?
Yes. It is opened for breakfast and for events.
Have you got the Bar?
Yes. Our Lounge Bar is opened from 17:00 p.m. to 22:00 p.m.
Have you got smoking rooms?
No. The whole Hotel is no smoking.
